Photo Rounds Friday

For 3 months, this 62-year-old woman had experienced pain in her hands and feet. She said she'd never had anything like this before in her life. Her hands, which had pustules on the palms and fingers, hurt no matter what she did, and were itchy. Her feet looked similar to her hands, but they were not as severe. The patient was afebrile and otherwise in good health.
